Top 5 Reasons to go to Camp Frog
· Camp Frog is integrated into an existing camp, so campers can make new friends who may or may not have epilepsy!

· We have extra medical support staff to keep our campers safe and all our counselors are trained in seizure first aid!
· This is our first weeklong camp experience since 2019 and we are so excited to be back!

To register your child for camp, click the button below to fill out a pre-registration survey. Once you complete the survey, we will send you the full registration packet, which includes camp forms, physician forms that will be completed by your doctor, and information about applying for a scholarship to cover some or all of the camp fees. All forms must be completed by July 3, 2023.
If your child is a new camper, we will schedule a new camper interview as soon as possible. This interview gives our staff a chance to meet your camper and make sure that Camp Frog is the right fit. All new campers must complete a new camper interview prior to camp.
